About Mind Over You, Inc.

The Path To Improved Mental Health Wellness in Minority Communities.

Mind Over You, Inc. is a non profit 501 ( c ) 3 organization founded by mental health therapist Ezsa Allen to promote mental health awareness and education in the minority and cultured communities by way of; Counseling/Therapist Services, Community Events, Community Outreach, Social Media & Youth Programs. Mind Over You, Inc, ultimate goal is to eliminate the stigma and negative connotations that are attached to mental health,  to encourage others to seek help when needed, and become comfortable with the process of healing for the total well-being of children, families, and communities!
